What the first year costs
Every standard price on this site is published, which means you can total your own first year before you speak to anyone. Here is the arithmetic, and the one cost we deliberately leave unestimated.
The lines that carry a price
Two kinds of cost are one-off and one is monthly. An install is fixed: $3,000 for a Solo Install, $6,000 for a Team Install. Add-ons are also bought once, at $400 for a standard connector or $700 for a complex build. The retainer is the only recurring line, at $350 a month for Maintain, $700 for Operate or $1,500 for Partner. No other line carries a price except fully bespoke work, which is quoted on application and anchored on $850 a day.
A first year, totalled
Take a Solo Install on the Maintain retainer. The install is $3,000 and already includes one integration from the menu, so the one-off stays at $3,000. Maintain adds $350 a month, which is $4,200 across twelve months. The first year comes to $7,200.
Now take the worked example from the pricing page: a Team Install with an accounting connection and a scheduled automations pack, which is $7,100 one-off. On the Operate retainer at $700 a month, that is $8,400 across the year, and a first year of $15,500. Neither of these is a quote. They are the published prices added up, which is the point of publishing them.
The second year is a smaller number
Installs and add-ons are bought once. If you add nothing, the second year is the retainer on its own: $4,200 on Maintain, $8,400 on Operate, $18,000 on Partner. The install is one-off, so it does not come round again: what it bought was the deployment, and the deployment is already sitting on infrastructure you own.
The cost we will not estimate
Model usage is billed by your LLM provider directly to you, on your own keys, and never passes through us. We do not publish a range for it. A range not grounded in your own workload would be a guess wearing the clothes of a figure, and you would plan against it. What it depends on is which model you choose and how much work you put through it. After one month of real use you will have a real number, and you will be able to see all of it, because the provider account is yours rather than ours.
The infrastructure is yours to buy
Deployment is always onto infrastructure you own, whether that is your cloud account or a VPS you purchase. That bill sits between you and your provider. It carries no margin from us because it never reaches our invoice, and we have no hosting product to sell you instead. If you do not have infrastructure yet, or are not sure what you need, we will walk you through buying it.
What would move the total
Add-ons bought later cost the same published tier price as add-ons bought on day one. Work beyond the menu is quoted on application at the bespoke anchor. Some work sits outside the retainer by design and is quoted separately rather than raised as a ticket: upgrades or configuration changes you start yourself, and new features or new integrations, which are sold from the menu instead. The full list of exclusions is published on the pricing page rather than kept for the contract.
