Why we never host your agents
Optaimi has no hosting product. That is a deliberate design decision, not a gap in the menu, and it changes who holds the keys to your business.
Your agents run on infrastructure you own
Every deployment lands on your cloud account or a VPS you purchase. If your team has never bought a server, that is fine: the typical client is a team of roughly 10 to 200 people without a dedicated platform engineer, and we walk you through setting one up.
Credentials never leave your environment
An agent stack is only useful once it can reach your chat or your CRM, and that reach comes from credentials. Yours stay in your environment, during install and after handover. There is no copy on our side, because there is no our side for them to live on.
Why this is the safer shape
If we hosted your agents, your credentials would live in an environment we control, and your working deployment would depend on us staying in business. On your infrastructure, you can revoke any permission at any time, and nothing about the deployment depends on Optaimi continuing to exist.
What you are left with after handover
A working deployment on servers you own, built as skills, plugins and MCP servers on an unmodified framework core, with a signed document recording exactly how it is configured. A retainer keeps it patched and pinned as everything around it changes, but the deployment itself is yours either way. The services page covers what an install includes.
