Extension points first

Customisation is built at the framework's extension points: skills, plugins and MCP servers. Where a requirement cannot be met there, the core is changed as a tracked patch against your pinned version, recorded in your handover and contributed upstream where it is general enough. A patched deployment carries more upgrade work, because each patch is reapplied and staging-tested on every upstream release.

Staging-tested updates

You are pinned to stable versions. Updates are tested in our staging environment before release to any customer, and promoted only when needed.

Your infrastructure, your credentials

Deployment is always on infrastructure you own: your cloud account or a VPS you purchase. We never host your agents, and your credentials never leave your environment.

02 / Add-on menu

Extend it like a menu, because it is one.

Each add-on is a one-off module, and eleven of the fourteen carry a published price, so you can total most builds from this list without talking to us: standard connector at $400, complex build at $700, a standalone security audit at $2,000. The last three are priced on application, because how long they take is set by your system rather than ours. The systems named below are examples of their class rather than the whole of it: if yours is not named, say so in your enquiry and the price comes back with the response. Anything beyond the menu is quoted separately.
