Pricing
Public and in writing.
These are the prices. There is no call required to see them, and no quote that quietly differs from them. Where a price cannot honestly be fixed in advance, the menu says so instead of leaving a gap.
Solo Install
$3,000
Fixed price. One personal-class agent, hardened, with one integration, handover and a training session.
Team Install
$6,000
Fixed price. One multiplayer-class deployment with org setup, a Slack surface, scoped workspaces and admin training.

02 / Everything else
Add-ons and bespoke work.
Add-ons
Four price lines, one-off
- Standard connector$400
- Chat surfaces, CRM, accounting, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, helpdesk, extra workspaces, extra training, backup and recovery setup.
- Complex build$700
- Scheduled automations, agent activity audit trail.
- Standalone security audit$2,000
- An audit of an agent deployment you already run, bought on its own without an install.
- Priced on applicationPOA
- Custom internal API via a bespoke MCP server, framework migration, voice agent front end. All three are on the menu, and none carries a fixed price, because how long they take is set by your system rather than ours.
The full menu, with the price on each item, is on the services page. The systems named on the connector lines are examples of their class, so a system that is not named is normally on the same line and the price is confirmed with your enquiry response.
Worked example: a Team Install with an accounting connection and a scheduled automations pack is $7,100 one-off, plus your chosen retainer.
Fully bespoke
POA, anchored on $850/day
Anything beyond the menu is priced on application after we have scoped it properly. No vague estimates, in writing or on a call.
One cost sits outside these prices: model usage is billed by your LLM provider to you directly, on your own keys. It never passes through us.
03 / Honesty
What is not covered.
Most firms put this in small print. We think knowing the edges is part of what you are buying.
First, what is covered: any issue with the deployment as we installed and configured it, running the pinned stable version. Response within 24 hours, guaranteed.
Upgrades you start yourself
Client-initiated framework upgrades or configuration changes sit outside the SLA. We will quote them as chargeable work instead.
The model itself
LLM provider costs, API keys and model output quality are your relationship with the provider. We cannot guarantee what a model says.
Third-party outages
If your chat platform, LLM provider or hosting goes down, that is theirs to fix. We will help you route around it where we can, as chargeable work.
Updates applied early
Upstream releases you apply before our staging sign-off are outside the SLA until we have tested them.
Data loss without backups
If the backup and recovery add-on was declined, data loss is not covered. The add-on exists for exactly this reason.
Incidents after signed handover
Consequences of prompt injection or social engineering after handover, where the security posture was signed off, rest with you. Training and guidance are part of every install so this stays unlikely.
New features and integrations
New capability is sold from the add-on menu or quoted as bespoke work. It is not a support ticket.
Refused entirely
We will not run or support any deployment in a dangerous-equivalent security posture. That is not a price point. It is a refusal.
