Choosing between Solo and Team
The enquiry form asks which product you are interested in and accepts unsure as an answer. This is the logic that turns what you tell us into a recommendation.
Two shapes of install
A Solo Install, $3,000 fixed, is one personal-class agent (currently OpenClaw or Hermes) with hardened defaults, one integration from the add-on menu, a handover and a training session. A Team Install, $6,000 fixed, is a multiplayer-class deployment (currently QM or Buzz) with organisation setup, a Slack or Teams surface, scoped workspaces and admin training. In both cases the framework is an implementation, not the product; what you are buying is the agentic operating layer.
The question that decides it
Whose workflows will the agents serve? One person’s workflow points to a Solo Install. Team-wide or multi-agent needs point to a Team Install. That is the whole test. Company size does not decide it: the ideal client is a business of roughly 10 to 200 people without a dedicated platform engineer, and both installs land on infrastructure you own.
Unsure is a real answer
The product field includes an unsure option on purpose. Pick it, describe what you want agents doing in the free-text field, and the recommendation is made from that description using exactly the test above. The written response arrives within 24 hours with the recommendation and the fixed price.
Unsure about hosting is fine too
The self-hosting question accepts unsure as well. Deployment is always onto infrastructure you own, your cloud account or a VPS you purchase, and if you have never bought one we can walk you through setting it up. What we never do is host your agents for you; that decision has a note of its own.
When neither install fits
Enterprise-scale requests and custom SLA demands go to Adam directly; enterprise-grade SLAs are not offered unless a specific deal justifies one. Anything beyond the published menu is fully bespoke, priced on application and anchored on $850 per day.
